Sales Director

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team at the facility to meet individual and departmental sales goals. This role will oversee the overall sales strategy and operations, including sales tools and materials, proposals, sales calls, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales goals, objectives, and policies
- Manage and train sales personnel, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Plan, direct, and coordinate sales services, including marketing and booking
- Prepare written proposals and contractual arrangements
- Conduct tours of the facility for potential clients and answer questions regarding facility capabilities
- Meet with General Manager to discuss sales operations and budget
- Travel to regional areas to seek new business opportunities
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, including supervisory responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to work event nights, weekends, and holidays as required
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonus. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off. The position will remain open until September 30, 2024.
