Sales Director

At Oak View Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales personnel, and building relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Manage and motivate sales personnel to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in a similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
