About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1892479 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, including specialty foods and meals for guests and functions.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with our management team to plan and execute special events and functions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team to prepare and serve a wide variety of dishes. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and potentially noisy environment.
