About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2854921 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of a culinary arts program or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related role.
  • Skills: Excellent cooking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
