About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Benton Janitorial. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Reception
    • Answer and direct telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to clients and colleagues.
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
    • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
