We are currently seeking Bilingual (French/English) Call Center Representatives to enhance our workforce.

Full-Time Positions Available

Attractive Compensation Package

Hybrid Work Model (minimum of 1 day per week in-office)

All necessary equipment will be provided

Proficiency in both French and English is required

***Orientation will be conducted onsite

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will:

Thoroughly assess account status and information using available tools to identify optimal solutions for customer inquiries. Follow up diligently until customer issues are resolved. Negotiate payment arrangements when necessary. Analyze account details to comprehend customer needs and inquiries. Provide appropriate responses and determine the best solutions for customer inquiries. Suggest suitable solutions, products, or alternatives to address customer needs. Address customer objections and escalate complaints to the relevant department as needed. Interact with customers across various communication channels, including inbound/outbound calls and emails, while updating customer account information. Promote company core values and participate in company initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned.
