About the Role
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients in both English and French, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently.
- Review account status and information thoroughly to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements as needed, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and other communication methods.
- Champion company core values and promote a positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's success.
