About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Insurance Agent team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our business grow through value-based conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to drive business growth.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Meeting Sales Goals: A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Proactive in problem-solving and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Multi-Tasking and Presentation Skills: Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
  • Insurance License: Possession of a Property & Casualty license (OTL license preferred) or ability to obtain.
