Position Overview:

The role involves delivering comprehensive Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) solutions across a variety of projects, including Commercial and Military sectors, as well as Aerospace, Naval, and Land Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Logistics Support Analyses, including spare parts analysis, initial provisioning, and end-of-life extension assessments.
  • Perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) evaluations and analyses, producing reports that suggest enhancements and solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate obsolescence issues.
  • Monitor systems and analyze trends.
  • Engage in Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and trade-off evaluations.
  • Gather, manipulate, sanitize data, and perform parameter calculations.
  • Execute troubleshooting, detailed research, and root cause investigations.
  • Conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) assessments.
  • Develop Maintenance Task Rationalization (MTR) programs in alignment with MSG-3, including maintenance plans and procedures for both scheduled and unscheduled system maintenance.
  • Identify spare parts for support and testing equipment needs.
  • Formulate life-cycle planning to support in-service programs.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree in Engineering/Technology or completion of a recognized program or apprenticeship.
  • At least five years of experience in a mechanical, propulsion, electrical, avionics/electronics, or other technical trade environment is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in Logistics Support Analysis is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with specific software tools is beneficial.
  • Understanding of infrastructure is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Commitment to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
  • Engagement in Continuous Improvement, Lean, and 8S initiatives within your area.
  • Eligibility to meet requirements for CGP, Secret Level II Security Clearance, and RAIC clearance.
