Role Overview

We are in search of a Vendor Manager to optimize our supply chain processes, cultivate robust vendor partnerships, and support our capital initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Vice-President of Supply Chain & Logistics to oversee vendor agreements, assess performance indicators, and enhance operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate a comprehensive vendor management strategy
  • Identify and procure vendors, components, and services for capital projects
  • Foster and maintain vendor relationships
  • Negotiate and manage vendor agreements
  • Evaluate vendor performance metrics
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards by vendors
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors
  • Refine vendor management workflows
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business Administration
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in aerospace supply chain procurement
  • Project management certification is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills

Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for Government Personnel Security Clearance.
