Job Summary:
Best Link Paving Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
- Process payroll and benefits administration
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing and analyzing financial reports
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
