Job Summary:

Best Link Paving Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Process payroll and benefits administration
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing and analyzing financial reports
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
