Property Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Administrator to join our team at 4Sight Search Solutions Inc. This role will be responsible for supporting properties in the Kitchener/Waterloo region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client and owner communication, both in person and through various channels.
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner, including daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly tasks.
  • Take minutes at Board meetings and Annual General Meetings.
  • Manage and maintain property and related documentation.
  • Ensure effective organization through both physical and electronic systems.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping for properties.
  • Develop and maintain a calendar for tracking ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate owner and manager requests, supply needs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Create posters, newsletters, and other information materials as needed.
  • Perform on-call duties on evenings or weekends as required.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Condo property experience is an asset.
  • Hospitality front desk or administration experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and customer service excellence are essential.
  • Bookkeeping and accounting skills are an asset.
  • Experience with ShiftSuite is an asset.
  • Professionalism and respect for confidentiality are critical.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
