Are you ready to take the next step in your career within Canada's premier automotive group? We are currently seeking a dedicated Automotive Finance Operations Manager to enhance our team at Mercedes-Benz Boundary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Secure financing approvals from lending institutions for all finance transactions.
- Coordinate and manage financial sources for the acquisition of finance documents.
- Possess a strong understanding of product sales and insurance offerings.
- Review all financial and cash transaction paperwork to ensure accuracy in titles, liens, taxes, and related delivery documents.
- Address all inquiries regarding interest rates.
- Maintain comprehensive records of finance and insurance files, and prepare necessary claims.
- Conduct client interviews for credit applications and present various insurance options.
- Review manufacturer warranty coverage with clients and offer upgrades for extended service contracts.
- Discuss additional protection options such as environmental protection and tire & rim warranties.
- Prepare legal documentation for vehicle purchases, including finance and lease agreements, lien searches, and warranty certificates.
- Communicate essential information to sales consultants and managers as required.
- Collaborate with the Sales Management team to optimize profits on every sale.
- Train sales consultants on finance office products.
- Respond to post-delivery customer inquiries, including warranty and loan payout requests.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Valid VSA Certification.
- Previous experience in a business office environment.
- Familiarity with One Eighty and ADP systems.
