Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:
- Commitment to Customer Service Excellence. You will provide outstanding customer experiences across all transactions. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients will be essential, focusing on understanding their needs and finding financing solutions to enhance their ownership journey. You will also maintain positive connections with financial institutions to better serve our customers, ensuring respectful and service-oriented interactions.
- Sales Target Orientation. You will effectively present and sell aftermarket warranties to improve the customer ownership experience. As a valued member of the Sales Team, you will collaborate with Sales Consultants/Managers on finance and leasing options and other Business Office functions. Staying informed about manufacturer-specific vehicles and associated rebate, finance, and incentive programs will be key in planning sales and growth targets.
- Organizational and Detail-Oriented Skills. You will conduct all sales in strict adherence to OMVIC regulations, as well as Provincial and Federal laws. Coordinating daily deliveries of sold units with Sales and Service staff and customers will be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure all documentation for final delivery is prepared accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Additional requirements include:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with dealer-related systems (such as PBS) is an asset.
- A valid OMVIC license.
- A valid G Driver's license.
