About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at Humphry Inn & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and maintain linen closets and supply rooms
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
