Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and disinfect hotel rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Room Preparation: Prepare rooms for new guests, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, and fold laundry, and manage linen supplies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
