Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, walking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar field.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
