Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Laundry and Linen: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as restock linens and towels in guest rooms.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions
