About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at 2726784 Ontario Inc. as an Executive Vice President of Sales. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and building trust through exceptional customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be organized, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
