Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Financial and Business Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our financial and business services team at Neotex Worldwide Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our financial and business services division, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of senior executives and middle managers to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial and operational policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a financial or business services environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
