WSP is currently seeking a Group Manager to lead our North Ecology team, part of the Ecology and Environmental Impact Assessment (EcoEIA) business in BC and Yukon.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to a team of 15+ professionals in the North Ecology team.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and success in the EcoEIA business.
- Collaborate with the Director of EcoEIA to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of projects and services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong knowledge of environmental impact assessment and ecology principles.
