Job Opportunity: Supervisor - Client Services

Carefor Health & Community Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor - Client Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

About the Role:

The Supervisor - Client Services will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the daily staffing and scheduling of client care visits
  • Coordinating with program managers to ensure the effective delivery of services
  • Developing and implementing procedures for business practices in client services
  • Analyzing data to determine staffing complement and making recommendations for improvement
  • Providing guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborating with the training and process improvement coach to create an engaging orientation environment and encourage ongoing training
  • Ensuring expectations and accountabilities are understood and completing regular performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in business, health, or related field
  • Experience in using data to improve performance
  • Experience with LEAN methodology (an asset)
  • Experience in the administration of community healthcare (an asset)
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience and the ability to delegate tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and database management
  • Experience working in a unionized environment and interpreting collective agreements (an asset)
  • Highly developed organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced communication skills (both written and oral)
