Job Summary:

Carefor Health & Community Services is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our client care services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients, while also providing guidance and support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily staffing, scheduling, and coordination of client care visits for our nursing, allied health, and personal support services programs.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to our staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with our Training & Process Improvement Coach to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with our client services team, including scheduling, staffing, and operational requirements.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, including creating an empowering work environment, promoting continuous quality improvement, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Health, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in supervisory roles, with a focus on operational management, staff supervision, and process improvement.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Language: Bilingualism in French and English (required).

  • Competitive Salary: $63,297.00-$87,028.00 per year.
