Position Overview

The role of a Restaurant Manager at Subway Sandwiches involves overseeing the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define the types of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
  • Manage and oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary items.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and other relevant software.
Work Environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capable of working under pressure.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
