Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, manage food and kitchen supplies, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Lead and Train Team MembersSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet our high standards.
Manage Inventory and BudgetsEstimate ingredient and supply requirements, manage inventory levels, and prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure efficient use of resources.
Ensure Quality and Customer SatisfactionMonitor and maintain quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
Maintain Records and ReportsPrepare and submit accurate and timely reports, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements- Leadership and Communication Skills
Excellent oral communication skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, and a client-focused approach to customer service.
Experience and Certifications1-7 months of experience in a food service or related role, and a Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work EnvironmentCombination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
