About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Revenue Growth to join our team at Ritual Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through strategic planning, revenue operations, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's revenue strategy, working closely with the executive team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  2. Revenue Operations: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure revenue growth, and implement efficient processes to drive results.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze business data to evaluate the effectiveness of growth campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue streams.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and engineering teams to enhance the product and new features, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and merchants.
  5. Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and craft business models to expand market share, while fostering partnerships to drive growth.
  6. Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure Ritual's competitive positioning and stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals and targets, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  8. Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  9. Process Optimization: Evaluate go-to-market strategies and refine business processes to enhance operational efficiency and maximize revenue streams.
Requirements
  1. 7+ years of experience in strategic sales and operations, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.
  2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex business data and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Experience in a startup environment, with a passion for innovation and growth.
  4. Problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
  5. Ability to take ownership of critical areas of the business and drive results.
