Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Generation to lead our revenue growth strategy and drive sales expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's revenue strategy, working closely with the executive team to define and achieve revenue goals.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and efficient processes for driving growth, leveraging insights from sales operations.
  • Assess business data to evaluate the effectiveness of growth campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, craft business models, and foster partnerships to expand market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure Ritual's competitive positioning.
  • Evaluate go-to-market strategies and refine business processes to enhance operational efficiency and maximize revenue streams.

  • Proven experience in driving revenue, strategic planning, and team management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex business data.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
