About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth and Expansion to join our team at MedMe Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive business expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Growth Strategy: Create and execute a strategic plan to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and drive business growth.
  • Build and Manage Sales Pipeline: Identify key decision-makers in target organizations and build a robust sales pipeline to drive business growth.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Build partnerships with manufacturers and providers of medical devices and digital health products to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of growth and sales professionals to achieve business growth targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure growth strategy aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in international markets.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in pharmacy or digital health markets.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive growth decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
