Brandt is on the lookout for a Parts Product Manager specializing in Undercarriage and Ground Engaging components. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the advancement and enhancement of the relevant product line to drive sales and profitability. Collaboration with Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) and Parts Managers will be essential to implement Brandt's customer initiatives effectively. You will serve as the authoritative resource on these parts, providing invaluable insights and expertise to both internal teams and clients.
Key Objectives and Performance Indicators- Formulate and execute Strategic and Annual Business Plans
- Realize revenue and margin growth targets for Parts
- Fulfill the goals outlined in the Annual Business Plan
- Develop and execute Strategic and Annual Business Plans for the product line to achieve targeted sales and margin growth
- Act as the Product Expert and Resource Communicator
- Provide coaching, support, and education to CSAs regarding relevant products
- Create and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of CSAs, Parts, and Service Managers
- Oversee vendor relationships concerning Parts, including identifying and onboarding new vendors
- Conduct market research to gather intelligence on competitors, customers, pricing, and industry trends
- Analyze sales and margin data to uncover opportunities for CSAs and branches
- Identify and promote new product opportunities, ensuring adequate stock and supply
- Encourage the sale of both new and used parts
- Facilitate the promotion of parts programs
- Assist in the development of an effective parts database
