Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Labourer to join our team at North Ridge Development Corporation. As a Grounds Maintenance Labourer, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our properties, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns to ensure they are well-manicured.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our properties.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and effective maintenance.
  • Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed by management.
Work Environment:

As a Grounds Maintenance Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions. You must have attention to detail and hand-eye coordination to perform your duties effectively.

Requirements:
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
