Community Program Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Program Manager to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community programs that promote social cohesion and community engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement community programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives
* Collaborate with community stakeholders to identify needs and develop solutions
* Manage and coordinate program activities, including budgeting and resource allocation
* Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. community development, social work, public administration)
* 2+ years of experience in community program management or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
