Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Program Manager to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community programs that promote social cohesion and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community programs that align with the Government of Saskatchewan's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify community needs and develop program proposals
  • Manage program budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. community development, public administration)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community program management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
