Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brewery Operations Specialist to join our team at 12965003 Canada inc. in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining brewery equipment, ensuring high-quality products, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate machinery to process and bag, box, or otherwise package food products, and perform corrective machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Record production information, observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions, and check products for defects and conformance to company standards.
  • Production Planning: Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines, and make adjustments to process variables to meet production demands.
  • Team Collaboration: Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities, and work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production goals.
  • Health and Safety: Clean machines and immediate work areas, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and any other required certifications.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced brewery environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. The work site environment is hot, and the candidate must be willing to relocate for this position.
