We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brewery Operations Specialist to join our team at 12965003 Canada inc. as a Distillery Production Technician.

• Operate and Maintain Equipment: Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products, and perform corrective machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Production Monitoring: Record production information, observe gauges, computer printouts and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions, and make adjustments to process variables as needed.
• Quality Control: Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards, and recommend products or services to customers.
• Team Collaboration: Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals.
• Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines, and clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Education and Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, and a college/CEGEP diploma in Biochemistry or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills: Interpretation/guiding, multi-functional process control machinery, and valid driver's license.
• Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, walking.
