About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate, client-focused, dependable, excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Benefits
