Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our products, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Engage with customers, building relationships and promoting our products through storytelling and product knowledge
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience an asset, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer traffic
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
