About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Newrest Servair Toronto Corporation. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service delivery and team productivity.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set goals to ensure team members are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
