Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance.
    • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team performance.
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on customer service metrics and team performance.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
