About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Vision Financial Group Inc. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives to help them improve their performance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure that customer needs are met and that the team is working efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Certifications: Criminal record check.
