About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at RCSPL CANADA INC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of 3-4 customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Perform same duties as workers supervised, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire new team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and experience to excel in their roles.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Support: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition materials and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or team lead role
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
