ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Branch Administrator, your contributions will be essential to the overall success of the branch, ensuring a high standard of client service through effective operations and administrative efficiencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Foster and cultivate a strong and positive team culture, promoting employee empowerment, innovation, and high engagement levels.
  • Manage all administrative aspects of branch operations effectively.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation of all support personnel in the branch.
  • Supervise all transactional banking activities.
  • Consistently provide high levels of service to both internal and external clients.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain branch profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the securities sector.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • A willingness to undertake Investment Representative training through CIRO.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
