Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage all administrative functions related to branch operations.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of support personnel.
  • Supervise transactional banking activities.
  • Deliver outstanding client service while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in the securities sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams.
  • Completion of Investment Representative training through CIRO.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent client service and time management abilities.
