About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at IKO Industries. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our local retail branch, including mentoring and growing your core team, working closely with our sales team to provide world-class support, and growing new business and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the local retail branch, including sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Mentor and grow your core team, recognizing that a manager's success is only possible with a strong team.
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide world-class support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and assist in the development of new customers.
  • Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners, and customers by converting them away from competitor products.
Requirements
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree (in business, sales, or marketing preferred) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations.
