About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Agent to join our team at National Bank. As an Operations Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and colleagues by providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, resolving operational and IT issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Branch Operations: Assist in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for clients and colleagues, including organizing conference room schedules and coordinating events.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various daily administrative activities, such as mail distribution, filing, and supply ordering.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of investment advisors to ensure seamless support and communication.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma and 2.5 years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Practical knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as organizational and priority management skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to adapt to change, work under pressure, and demonstrate initiative and teamwork.
