Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant functioning.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
