**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our Metals, Mining, and Rail group.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to source passive talent and build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to determine appropriate salaries using market and competitive data.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to advance brand and opportunity awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Travel to field locations for recruitment initiatives as required.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with previous high-volume field-based recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition and talent management processes.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
