**Job Summary**

The Ing & McKee Insurance team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our organization. As a trusted advisor and influencer, you will play a critical role in supporting a broad range of HR activities, including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, data integrity, and total rewards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead, evaluate, assess, and drive all HR programs required to support business objectives.
  • Support talent acquisition activities, including proactive talent sourcing, connecting with candidates in key hiring markets, interviewing, and driving the employee brand and value proposition both internally and externally.
  • Mentor and support managers and employees in their day-to-day activities, including coaching and counseling, providing recommendations, and coping strategies.
  • Lead, evaluate, and drive the employee engagement program to enhance overall business performance.
  • Maintain reporting requirements and review internal and external environments to improve HR policies and initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in HR or a related people or operations function.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Approachable, helpful, and naturally empathetic.
  • Bonus points for being a whiz with Excel and Microsoft Suite.
  • Bonus points for insurance knowledge or industry experience.
