Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Lemont Professional Real Estate Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Office Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including opening and distributing mail, maintaining inventory, and ordering office supplies.
  • Research: Conduct research to support business decisions and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Technology: Maintain and manage digital databases, perform data entry, and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
