Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the coordination of office activities, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
