Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Rocket Immigration Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Process and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Prepare and send invoices and bank deposits
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Organize and schedule office work
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
